High-quality metal/stainless-steel wire is selected according to the approved product specification. The incoming wire is checked for diameter, straightness, surface condition, strength and consistency before production.

2. Precision Wire Straightening & Cutting

The wire is accurately straightened and cut to predetermined lengths using controlled equipment. This ensures consistent component dimensions and reduces variation during assembly.

3. Accurate Wire Bending

Individual wire components are formed using precision bending machines and dedicated jigs/fixtures.
